Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on client service items.
  • Custodial Management: Monitor daily custodial alerts, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate account updates.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record client inquiries, service changes, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
  • Communication: Prepare and distribute client communication materials, including meeting presentation materials and follow-up documents.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, collaborate with operations leadership, and contribute to projects designed to streamline firm policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Four-year college degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or related field).
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
