ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Client Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and client engagement for the Boston Consulting Group. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform business development strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and client engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
