**Job Summary:**
The Team Leader of the Cardiovascular Testing department is responsible for assisting the department Manager and Supervisor in the coordination of education and daily operations of the lab. This role requires a Registered Sonographer (Cardiac and/or Vascular modalities) with expertise in the use of Ultrasound equipment to visualize and record quality images of the Cardiovascular system.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Assist in the coordination of education and daily operations of the lab
Support staff to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the performance of procedure-related services
Act as a department resource in the understanding of normal and abnormal Cardiovascular anatomy/physiology and pathophysiology
Demonstrate expertise in the use of Ultrasound equipment to visualize and record quality images of the Cardiovascular system

**Requirements:**
3 Years Clinical-Related Area Required
2 Years Leadership Preferred
Graduate Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound Or Cardiac Ultrasound Or Cardiovascular Sonography Required
Bachelor's Degree Related Field Preferred
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Or Registered Peripheral Vascular Technologist Required
Basic Life Support And Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Preferred
