About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales revenue and product mix across a group of defined accounts
  • Identify new accounts across region
  • Develop sales strategy for accounts based on in-depth account evaluation
  • Work in a team selling environment to leverage expertise across the sales team
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings to solve applications or present our solutions

Requirements:

  • Recent college graduate with minimum 1-3 years' experience in related industry
  • Based in Charlotte area
  • Technical/Engineering degree preferred, or worked in the industry with related work experience
  • Background with safety scanners, safety products, controllers, PLCs, relays, etc.
  • Background selling into integrators, OEMs, Manufacturing, end users
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy
  • Ability to accumulate and demonstrate technical knowledge

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
