Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales revenue and product mix across a group of defined accounts
- Identify new accounts across region
- Develop sales strategy for accounts based on in-depth account evaluation
- Work in a team selling environment to leverage expertise across the sales team
- Conduct regular in-person meetings to solve applications or present our solutions
Requirements:
- Recent college graduate with minimum 1-3 years' experience in related industry
- Based in Charlotte area
- Technical/Engineering degree preferred, or worked in the industry with related work experience
- Background with safety scanners, safety products, controllers, PLCs, relays, etc.
- Background selling into integrators, OEMs, Manufacturing, end users
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to accumulate and demonstrate technical knowledge
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
