Position: Director of Premium ServicesOverview

The Director of Premium Services is tasked with overseeing and managing the comprehensive premium and catering operations within the organization. This role entails leading the Premium and Catering teams, orchestrating catering requests, suite and club orders, as well as coordinating special events. Furthermore, the Director will be accountable for the financial performance and budgetary objectives of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all catering operations, including executing event day and game day premium services, supervising staff, menu development, pricing strategies, recruitment, and departmental management.
  2. Ensure effective departmental structure through regular meetings focused on all operational elements of Premium Services, including event day discussions, catering meetings, and schedule reviews.
  3. Enhance client relationships through consistent communication and collaborative meetings.
  4. Mentor and support team members to foster talent development within the organization.
  5. Manage all facets of preparation, service, and cleanup for various catering operations.
  6. Design and implement catering solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  7. Build and maintain strong rapport with clients and customers.
  8. Establish and uphold service and presentation standards across all Premium Services operations, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  9. Introduce new services to drive business growth and enhance client retention.
  10. Stay informed on current catering trends and advise clients and staff accordingly.
  11. Oversee the delivery of prepared food based on banquet event orders.
  12. Engage in event planning and contract negotiations, assisting clients with special event arrangements.
  13. Train and lead catering staff to uphold catering standards.
  14. Set and achieve sales, food, and labor targets.
  15. Manage the execution of catering events of varying sizes, including staffing and oversight.
  16. Handle accounting functions related to catering, ensuring accurate reporting of revenue, expenses, and receivables.
  17. Ensure adherence to all food safety, occupational, and environmental policies.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 1-3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Prior experience in events and catering is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Availability to work flexible hours based on events.
  • Completion of Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as mandated.
