Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant supports and assists general office activities and projects with administrative tasks. Provides customer service support. Under moderate supervision, work may involve contact with homeowners and board members.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As an Administrative Assistant at Associa, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and management team. This includes organizing and preparing correspondence, receiving and responding to incoming calls, reviewing invoices, processing mail, and updating homeowner and association information.

You will also assist community managers with monthly board packages and in-house mailings. Additionally, you will relieve concierge/telephone operators on an as-needed basis and keep workspaces organized and maintained.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products at a proficient level. You should also possess professional communication skills, including phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication. Additionally, you should have professional customer service skills and knowledge of typical business correspondence, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling.

You should also be able to interpret and complete verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level and have knowledge of general office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, and phone systems.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
