Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at SDI Inc. As a Storeroom Attendant, you will play a critical role in receiving, storing, and distributing products while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and issue parts to clients to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Receive and review parts to ensure accurate orders.
  • Stock parts into inventory by placing material into correct storage locations and maintaining detailed counts.
  • Accurately document transactions and notify clients of part receipt.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Notify buyers of out-of-stock items.
  • Deliver parts as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience (warehouse, customer service, and/or storeroom experience preferred).
  • Willingness to cross-train in storeroom responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift weights unaided of up to 50 pounds; higher weights using equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (ERP knowledge a plus).
  • Willingness to work in an industrial environment with potential exposure to heat, noise, and dirt.
