The Nurse Residency Program at Centerpoint Medical Center equips you with the necessary tools to thrive in today’s healthcare environment:

As an RN Resident, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to departmental requirements and professional standards. In partnership with medical providers and the care team, you will offer individualized, compassionate care utilizing established nursing models.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will include:
- Assessing patient conditions during admissions and shifts, promptly identifying and reporting changes
- Performing medical procedures and monitoring as directed by healthcare providers
- Documenting care administration in patient medical records accurately and timely
- Responding promptly to patient requests and providing exceptional care
- Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures
To qualify, you should possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and hold a Registered Nurse License or be a Graduate Nurse in the State. No prior experience is required, although some travel may be necessary for training.
