Your Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Oversee the operations of multiple healthcare facilities, acting as the primary liaison for property management and internal teams.
- Maintenance Oversight: Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and key personnel to ensure our facilities are consistently maintained, from infrastructure to landscaping.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage custodial, repair, and security teams, ensuring each member contributes to a high-performance environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Develop and enforce security, safety, and emergency protocols, ensuring all facilities adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate relationships with vendors and contractors to guarantee quality work at controlled costs, overseeing budgets, service agreements, and utility usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular inspections of facilities, provide comprehensive reports, and suggest design modifications to improve functionality and aesthetics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 5+ years in facility management, ideally within a healthcare context.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Smart Sheet, with the capability to adapt to new technologies.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 40% as necessary, ensuring all facilities receive the required attention.
