We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Public Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless storage experiences, and promoting the company's values.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-centric professional to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions to enhance their experience.
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability, guaranteeing spaces are ready for rental.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records, utilize technology to streamline processes, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.
Experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail, restaurant, or sales-related roles.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as travel between locations and work-related tasks is required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications to manage records and perform administrative tasks.
