Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide personalized attention to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments, key distribution, and payment processing.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue through commissionable sales and promotions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
