As a Senior Systems Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering initiatives, ensuring that our systems are designed and developed to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This position requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking, as you will be responsible for guiding the design and optimization of complex systems from inception through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the integration of various components and products to enhance overall system performance and functionality.
  • Manage product and system requirements, ensuring clarity and effective communication across all teams involved.
  • Conduct validation and verification processes, including system-level testing, to ensure the integrity of the final product.
  • Define and oversee product requirements for modules and components, facilitating collaboration among subcontractors and partner teams.
  • Address the complexities of component design, emphasizing critical quality factors and risk assessment.
  • Maintain oversight of product configuration and control systems to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Directly manage a team, focusing on recruitment, performance assessment, and professional growth, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Work Environment:

This role supports a hybrid work model, requiring a presence in the office for part of the week. We also offer relocation assistance to facilitate your transition.

Requirements:
  • This position requires access to technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions, and applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
  • Extensive experience in Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering, with a strong background in C++, Ada, and Embedded Software (minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience).
