Job Description

At Equiliem, we're seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Client Lead to join our team. As a key member of our MSP Program, you will be responsible for managing our internal delivery team and providing programmatic oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with our MSP Program Sponsors and internal delivery team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze margin, headcount, market share, spread, starts, and overall profitability to drive business growth.
  • Liaise between Client Program Managers, Internal delivery team, and Services groups to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and lead tactical and strategic meetings to drive activity and information sharing.
  • Develop relationships and enhance opportunities with client Program Managers.
  • Align delivery to client business needs, including requisition coverage, ranking, and adherence to client quality metrics.
  • Provide partnership updates and work with MSP Director for scorecard review and alignment with the recruiting team to address potential delivery gaps.
  • Utilize VMS application to enter submittals, monitor interview and job activity, and pull reports for metric-driven analysis.
  • Ensure all jobs are covered appropriately, which may include recruiting to support the delivery support team.
  • Assess the efficiency of the recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Qualify requirements and validate bill rates for each role released.
  • Double-lock candidates and validate and ensure that interview preps and debriefs are completed.
  • Daily communication with the Program team on feedback for submittals and interviews.
  • Work with delivery to lock down candidates who are made job offers and assist with negotiations.
  • Communicate updates to the Program team on where candidates are in onboarding and capture start details.
  • Work with delivery lead to approve or reject candidates internally (with feedback to the recruiters).
  • Sit on all client intake calls to better understand requirements and relay that information over to the delivery team.
  • Work to coordinate a cadence with the Program team to understand additional program insight in an attempt to obtain additional business lines and locations.
  • Teach the corporate culture through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Mentoring and coaching other recruiters.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
