Position Summary
Objective:
To assist in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of professional healthcare staff, ensuring a supportive environment for hospitalized individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the physical care of assigned patients, including performing essential procedures such as dressing changes, monitoring vital signs, and administering enemas; document care provided accurately.
- Support the admission, transfer, and discharge processes as needed; provide postmortem care; prepare patients for various examinations and procedures; actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to evaluate patient needs and plan appropriate care.
- Adhere to infection control standards and maintain safety protocols.
- Perform additional related tasks as required.
- Assist patients during meal times and provide necessary support with feeding.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and call signals.
- Deliver direct care to patients across various age groups, including geriatrics, middle-aged adults, and young adults.
1. Completion of elementary education.
2. Successful completion of a certified training program for Nurse Aides or an equivalent qualification.
