Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling of specialists for all service agreements, receiving and verifying service work orders and employee time sheets, and executing orders received for spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building controls and special systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling of specialists for all service agreements
  • Receive and verify service work orders and employee time sheets
  • Execute orders received for spare parts
  • Coordinate with external organizations to ensure accurate and timely response
  • Keep service management system updated and employ it to achieve maximum productivity

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • 1+ year of experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in building controls or related field
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems, including MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ year of experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in building controls or related field
  • Experience with service management systems
  • ProCore or Corrigo or Coupa or Vendor Caf, software experience

Essential Job Functions

  • Be able to lift and carry ladders, drawings, personal computers, material, etc.
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites
