Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Program Coordinator to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents through the planning and implementation of wellness programs, events, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all wellness programs
  • Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate, including exercise classes and individual wellness activities
  • Implement a variety of group and individual wellness programs, working with volunteers and community groups as needed
  • Assist in setting up wellness and community events, including transportation and logistics
  • Drive vehicles as necessary, with a valid driver's license and good driving record
Requirements
  • High school graduate with one to two years of experience in wellness programs, preferably with seniors
  • Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of good driving record, with the ability to obtain a commercial driver's license if required
  • First Aid Certification
