Maverick Marketing seeks a driven Sales Territory Development Manager to expand our client's customer base. This critical role involves promoting renewable energy solutions to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will collaborate with the award-winning client, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, to develop relationships with potential customers and identify their unique needs.

Responsibilities & Expectations
  • Develop tailored knowledge and solutions to meet customers' specific requirements.
  • Create targeted presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers as needed.
  • Grow sales by establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Monitor territory potential, track sales performance, and status reports to achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide insightful reports to management on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred, but not necessary for exceptional candidates.
  • Effective communication skills are essential when interacting with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
  • A strong work ethic, high energy, and engaging attitude are must-haves for success in this role.
  • This position requires a highly motivated and target-driven individual with excellent interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Travel within a 20-mile radius to assigned territories is an occasional requirement.
