Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager who is at the early stages of their career and possesses a strong enthusiasm for developing and delivering impactful software products. This role involves collaborating with design and engineering teams to shape the future of our offerings, ensuring that the team’s output aligns with customer satisfaction and business objectives.

The Product Manager will oversee a diverse range of tasks throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to market management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, inquisitive, and focused on achieving results. Responsibilities include guiding the design and development of features, anticipating team needs, and managing multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the development process, ensuring high-quality enhancements are delivered
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to create valuable user experiences
  • Assess market opportunities and propose strategic approaches
  • Gain insights into customer and business needs to drive continuous product improvements
  • Work cross-functionally to identify solutions that maximize business impact
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to define issues, measure outcomes, and prioritize initiatives
  • Establish and monitor metrics essential for product feature success
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and manage escalations
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on business success
  • Plan and oversee multiple concurrent projects
  • Utilize Agile/Lean methodologies in product delivery
  • Manage the engineering backlog and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Draft clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to execute the product roadmap and manage team objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in software product management, particularly in SAAS or web-based services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Passion for enhancing efficiency and quality metrics
  • Understanding of process design and organizational dynamics
  • Proven track record in defining and launching successful products
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with diverse responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
