Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead our HVAC/Mechanical Construction projects in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the field staff, budget, schedule, risks, and people associated with the project.

This is a highly visible role that interacts with all levels and functions within the organization. You will be responsible for facilitating field needs, coordinating with subs and vendors, overseeing project financials, reporting, and risk management, and interfacing with the General Contractor to ensure the project stays on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in the mechanical/construction realm.
  • Expertise in keeping projects on track, on time, and under budget.
  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of HVAC, boilers/chillers, controls, and/or plumbing systems preferred.

Compensation

$130K - $160K + bonus
