Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Signature Aviation. As a key member of our FBO team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our FBO team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Assist with concierge services, including arranging reservations, ground transportation, and catering.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid state license required where applicable.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of radio procedures and protocols.
