Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed, using electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all service performed on equipment, including future service needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with sales staff, programmers, and other team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred.
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in machine tool operation, maintenance, and repair; two years of CAD/CAM software experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to effectively use electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics; ability to program parts for CNC machines.
  • Certifications: Valid Driver's License with no more than two points on a driving record within a three-year period.
