Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery. Your expertise in data analysis and capital acquisition will drive decisions about cell design and process improvement. You will also be responsible for documenting existing processes and communicating needs to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery
  • Use data to drive decisions about cell design and process improvement
  • Document existing processes and communicate needs to leadership
  • Identify process improvements and recommend capital investments
  • Calculate ROI and increase throughput
  • Relay out processes and ensure designs are cost-sensitive

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software
  • Experience with capital acquisition and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
