  • Utilize designated tracking tools to monitor customer traffic and sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Participate in homeowner orientations and assist clients with their selections and options.
  • Contribute to neighborhood marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Review and prepare sales contracts for management approval.
  • Ensure accurate entry of contracts into the company’s reporting systems.
  • Keep sales activity records updated and submit reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the field team to maintain the presentation of model homes and sales centers.
  • Attend regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and neighborhood performance.
  • Assist in the processing of paperwork to ensure timely closings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the home building sector.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Understanding of real estate regulations is essential.
  • Familiarity with construction, mortgage, and escrow processes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are necessary.
  • Positive demeanor, self-driven, and capable of meeting sales targets independently.
  • Ability to maintain the Welcome Home Center during operational hours.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and real estate professionals.
  • Ability to follow supervisory instructions and workplace protocols.
  • Problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily active, involving office work and site visits in various weather conditions. A valid state driver's license is required for client transportation and local travel. The position may require lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
