- Facilitate the sale, processing, and closing of residential properties in alignment with company objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and delight.
- Engage actively in community outreach and participate in company events to enhance visibility and sales opportunities.
- Follow the company's sales philosophy while assisting home buyers and realtors, guiding them through model homes and available properties.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial inquiry through to post-sale follow-up, documenting all interactions.
- Travel within the local area to generate leads through realtor partnerships, referrals, and personal networking.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the local housing market, including competitive offerings, community demographics, and marketing strategies.
- Utilize designated tracking tools to monitor customer traffic and sales performance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in homeowner orientations and assist clients with their selections and options.
- Contribute to neighborhood marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Review and prepare sales contracts for management approval.
- Ensure accurate entry of contracts into the company’s reporting systems.
- Keep sales activity records updated and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the field team to maintain the presentation of model homes and sales centers.
- Attend regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and neighborhood performance.
- Assist in the processing of paperwork to ensure timely closings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in the home building sector.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Understanding of real estate regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with construction, mortgage, and escrow processes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are necessary.
- Positive demeanor, self-driven, and capable of meeting sales targets independently.
- Ability to maintain the Welcome Home Center during operational hours.
- Effective interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and real estate professionals.
- Ability to follow supervisory instructions and workplace protocols.
- Problem-solving skills are essential.
- Commitment to personal growth in sales and digital skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily active, involving office work and site visits in various weather conditions. A valid state driver's license is required for client transportation and local travel. The position may require lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
