Diedre Moire Corp. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician - Analytical Instrumentation to join our team. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on laboratory instruments, including chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and other analytical equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for clients' laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in analytical instrumentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments and analytical equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
