Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in one of our locations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, sales, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of baristas and sales associates
    • Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience through proper staffing, execution of brand beverage recipes, and visual merchandising standards
    • Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive an exceptional experience through prompt and friendly service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a retail or restaurant environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
