Personal Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Foster excellent relationships with clients and prospects by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate and timely quotations.
- Analyze client needs and identify opportunities to grow the book of business through new client sales and service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and execute sales activity documentation in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold the insurance license required by your state and have a minimum of two years of personal insurance account management experience.
- Possess strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to close sales.
- Be people-oriented, customer-focused, ethical, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
