About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Construction Project Manager to join our team at Exact Sciences. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project/construction management, specifically with commercial and GMP facility construction projects exceeding $5M. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver project objectives.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, resource utilization, risk mitigations, interdependencies, and project objectives.
  • Foster collaboration with operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Effectively communicate project status, progress, and any deviations from the plan to stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, team members, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project/construction management, preferably with commercial and/or GMP facility construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within OSHA, EPA, FDA, and local authority jurisdictions and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LEED certified projects or value engineering initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of typical facility building systems.
