About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessment Specialist to join our team at FCS, Inc. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for receiving inquiry calls, scheduling face-to-face assessments, and triaging referrals to appropriate community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen patients for medical or behavioral emergencies
- Schedule assessments and provide support to patients
- Collaborate with community resources to ensure seamless referrals
