About the Role

Lifepoint Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who can provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients through group, individual, and family sessions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient;
  • Providing accurate and timely patient documentation to ensure seamless communication with other healthcare professionals;
  • Actively communicating with clients, families, and outside referral sources while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations;
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff members, to ensure comprehensive care;
  • Creating thorough discharge plans that meet the after-care needs of patients and their families.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, or relevant licensure in the state of practice;
  • Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements;
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact;
  • Prior work experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $29-$38 per hour, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and a collaborative work environment.
