- Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Plan menus in consultation with chefs, ensuring menu offerings meet client and guest expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit experience or 5 years of restaurant/catering experience or equivalent.
- Proven track record of achieving company goals and compliance with company/client policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Supervisory, scheduling, training, and coaching skills, with experience in personnel management.
- Ability to create budgets, flash reports, financial targets, and forecasts.
- Knowledge of HACCP controls and proper storage and use of food.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
