Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit experience or 5 years of restaurant/catering experience or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of achieving company goals and compliance with company/client policies and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Supervisory, scheduling, training, and coaching skills, with experience in personnel management.
  • Ability to create budgets, flash reports, financial targets, and forecasts.
  • Knowledge of HACCP controls and proper storage and use of food.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
