We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic professional for the Beverage Operations Manager role at a prestigious Fine Dining Establishment. This venue provides a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere, featuring exquisite culinary offerings, carefully selected wine collections, and seasonal menus. The Beverage Operations Manager will oversee all beverage-related services within the restaurant, including banquet and catering events, as well as private dining experiences.

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 (Based on experience) + quarterly bonuses, Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, and Employee Discounts
Relocation assistance will be available.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Beverage/Bar Management within an upscale environment
  • Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Proven experience in developing seasonal wine lists and pairing menus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in team management within a culture-first setting

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly inventory assessments of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, bar supplies, and consumables
  • Recruit, train, and mentor all bar staff
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Bar Training Program
  • Support special events and private party functions
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, including forecasting
