Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Business Analyst/Project Manager at Pierce Technology Corp. This position is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project management, business analysis, data evaluation, and quality assurance for key projects and system enhancements.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to monitor project milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
  • Lead requirements gathering and design discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support production implementations and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Contribute to ongoing business analysis tasks, including production support and enhancements of business applications.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technology and business teams to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution, focusing on business analysis, data analysis, and testing roles, with a background in custom software development and ERP system implementations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a project management capacity.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following business domains: finance, accounting, derivatives, securities, and fixed income trading and operations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
  • A demonstrated eagerness to learn and master new business domains.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with users and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a comprehensive understanding of translating business needs into application requirements.
  • A robust work ethic focused on achieving deadlines and objectives.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.
