Project Manager Business Analyst

Axelon is seeking an experienced Project Manager Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Optimization and Enablement team, you will be responsible for project management and business analysis of strategic initiatives across Data and Regulatory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and control to ensure compliance with project management governance.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance, including those at senior levels.
  • Rationalize and work through organizational change, evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to re-engineer the process to create significant improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic technology solutions, whether in-house build, vendor integration, or AI capabilities.
  • Assess and escalate risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients, and assets.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in project management and/or business analysis roles, specifically within the Data and NFRR domains.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
  • Proven track record of managing project scope, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and control to ensure compliance with project management governance.
