Responsibilities
  • Work in a scrum environment, collaborating with the scrum team and product owners to develop user stories, use cases, and relevant artifacts.
  • Create and maintain product enhancement documentation, ensuring that the design meets business requirements.
  • Coordinate multiple phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements definition, system design, and implementation.
  • Support project initiatives, identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs, defining project scope and objectives, and establishing project milestones and timelines.
  • Assist with Sprint testing and user acceptance testing as needed.
  • Work with the Training team to identify and assist in the development of training requirements for the delivery of all system projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
  • Proven ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with Scrum or other Agile methods.
