Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Assume full nursing responsibility for delivering the Plan of Care for each hospice patient, evaluating personal and professional performance regularly.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on pain management, symptom control, and other relevant topics.
Education and Experience:
- One year of clinical experience as an RN in a healthcare setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Compensation: An estimated annual salary of $100,000-$130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
