We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work in partnership with registered nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients at timed intervals and document data as directed
  • Report observations and patient concerns to the registered nurse
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients and staff
  • Participate in purposeful hourly rounding and bedside shift report as directed
  • Perform direct and indirect patient care duties as assigned and may provide clerical support to assigned unit

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of patient assistance and care procedures
  • One-year of experience in healthcare directly supporting patients
  • Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy
  • Completion of approved CNA, PCT or paramedic certification or currently enrolled in nursing school
