We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Senior Lifestyle Corporation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily clinical aspects of resident care, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your duties will include medication supervision and administration, admissions assessments, completion of care plans, and clinical documentation.

You will also provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community, notify physicians and family members of any changes in a resident's health, and respond quickly to emergencies. Effective communication with all departments and staff members is crucial, as well as maintaining confidentiality of residents' information.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse's License current, with no judgments against it, in the state in which he/she is practicing
  • CPR certification
  • Able to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement benefits, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid time off. We also offer DailyPay, an application that allows you to access your earned but unpaid wages before your next payday.
