Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled LPN / LVN to join our team for a 13-week contract position in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and be able to work 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
- Current LPN / LVN licensure in the state of Oregon
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift
