Job Title: CNA / Nurse Assistant - LTC

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA / Nurse Assistant to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a CNA / Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a long-term care setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Float between units as needed to meet facility needs
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a CNA / Nurse Assistant
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Long-term care experience
  • Ability to float between units and adapt to changing needs
