LPN for Long-Term Care in Rural Oregon

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at Lake Health District in Lakeview Gardens Long-Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Long-Term Care and be able to work a 12-hour night shift, variable schedule.
Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed in Oregon upon contract acceptance.
- Pre-Service Dementia Care, Pre-Service Infection Prevention and Elder Abuse Prevention Training for Direct Care Staff-Online prior to contract start date.
- Current CPR certification.
- Long Term Care experience as an LPN preferred. Acute Care LPN experience helpful.
- Must be able to pass the Oregon ORCHARDS background check, and LHD pre-employment drug screening to place the candidate on the Long-Term Care Registry.
Facility Information:
Our Long-Term Care Cottages are currently separate from the hospital, but within walking distance. Small friendly rural community with mile high location in south central Oregon bordered by California and Nevada. 3 hours from Medford or Bend Oregon and 4 hours from Reno and 6 hours from San Francisco and Portland.
Remote Location:
Nearest international airport from our location is in Reno, NV which is 3.5-4 hours away. Candidates can fly into Medford, OR which is 3 hours away, but at a higher cost.
