Job Summary

As a Perioperative Registered Nurse at LifeBridge Health, you will play a critical role in providing safe and age-appropriate care to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures within our Ambulatory Surgery Facility. You will work collaboratively with the patient care team to individualize plans of care and ensure seamless transitions throughout the perioperative process.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in the perioperative setting
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the perioperative process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • Current American Heart Association CPR Certification
  • ACLS certification
  • 1-3 years of experience in a perioperative setting
  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
