About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perioperative Team Lead RN to join our team at United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI). As a Perioperative Team Lead RN, you will be responsible for leading a team of perioperative nurses in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of perioperative nurses in the perioperative department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
  • Provide guidance and support to perioperative nurses to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or lesser degree and commensurate experience
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in perioperative care
  • CPR and ACLS certification
