Job Summary

As a Perioperative Registered Nurse at LifeBridge Health, you will play a critical role in delivering safe and age-appropriate care to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures within our Ambulatory Surgery Facility. You will work collaboratively with the patient care team to individualize plans of care and provide expert advice, guidance, and leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced perioperative environment
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other members of the patient care team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a perioperative setting
  • A Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification, ACLS required
