Job Overview

TEKsystems is seeking skilled professionals to join our Telecommunications Low Voltage/Voice & Data team as Low Voltage Installation Specialists. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain low-voltage systems in large industrial environments, including hospitals, government buildings, office buildings, hotels, and multi-use facilities.
  • Work with a variety of electrical and low-voltage concepts and codes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of CAT6 and high-voltage systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in commercial construction.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and low-voltage concepts and codes.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and reliability.
  • Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with structured cabling and fire alarm systems.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard practices and procedures.
