Estamos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Obra para unirse a nuestro equipo. Su función principal será gestionar la planificación, programación, presupuestación e implementación de proyectos de construcción.

Responsabilidades:

  • Dirigir todos los aspectos del proyecto de construcción desde la planificación hasta la ejecución.
  • Asignar recursos para los proyectos encomendados.
  • Supervisar al personal en el sitio y a los subcontratistas.
  • Interactuar con inspectores de proyectos, contratistas, arquitectos, ingenieros, funcionarios de la ciudad y del condado, así como con los clientes.
  • Negociar con los contratistas para obtener costos razonables en los pedidos.
  • Mantener altos estándares de calidad en el trabajo que se adhieran a los planes y especificaciones originales.

Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia previa en gestión de construcción o en campos relacionados.
  • Familiaridad con software de gestión de construcción.
  • Fuertes cualidades de liderazgo.
