Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential landscaping yards to introduce our aggregate materials.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, identify potential customers, and analyze competitors to provide competitive pricing.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively present our products to landscaping yards, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales reports to the Sales Director.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trucking, hauling, or landscaping industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local market and landscaping industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
This is a commission-only position, offering 7% of the gross profit on all sales, including both new and existing accounts and orders. Total expected annual compensation in the first year is 100k+ (for full time).
