We are seeking a talented and motivated Therapist to join our team at the Gateway Rehabilitation Center in Monroeville, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

The salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of trauma-informed treatment approaches and evidence-based practices. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health environment.
  • Pass a Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and obtain necessary clearances.
  • Ability to uphold strict confidentiality to protect patients' privacy.
