Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist for Careerbuilder-US, your primary role will be to represent our organization by delivering exceptional service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to established protocols and systems to ensure that Customer Care Standards are consistently met or surpassed for every interaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and operational procedures.
  • Ensure complete follow-through on every commitment to achieve one-call resolution.
  • Clearly communicate additional promotions and services available to customers.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and courteously, minimizing errors.
  • Accurately document customer complaints and concerns immediately, facilitating satisfactory resolutions.
  • Effectively communicate with leadership, including the Customer Service Supervisor & Manager, providing regular updates to ensure customer expectations are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Actively participate in team meetings.
  • Engage in continuous training and development to enhance the knowledge and skills necessary for superior customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Specific Duties:


  • Deliver quality customer service by responding to incoming customer inquiries and processing orders, addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (Phone, email, chat).
  • Effectively relay additional promotions and services offered.
  • Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
  • Provide support and solutions to customers in alignment with the company's customer service policies.
  • Identify customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, providing respectful and professional responses and solutions.
  • Redirect customers to appropriate departments when necessary and follow up on the status of complaints or inquiries to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and product quality.
