Job Title: P-Card Administrator

The City of New York is seeking an experienced Administrative Accountant, Non-Managerial II to fill the role of P-Card Administrator. This position will be responsible for managing the agency's p-card program, which consists of approximately 40 cardholders and their approvers and supervisors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Ensuring that Cardholders adhere to agency and City p-card policies.
  2. Creating and maintaining comprehensive p-card files, and fully comply with any audit requests.
  3. Liaising with the DCAS Citywide P-Card Administrator and their staff.

The salary for this position is $$83,115 per year.

Requirements:

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college including or supplemented by 24 credits in accounting.
  • Four years of satisfactory full-time professional accounting or auditing experience, at least 18 months of which must have been in an administrative, managerial, or executive capacity or supervising a staff performing accounting or auditing work.
