Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Architectural Project Leader, ideally a licensed architect, to become an integral part of our in-office team. This role aligns with the Architect Level 2 or Project Manager classification as outlined in the AIA Compensation Survey.

**A degree in Architecture is essential for this position**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fellow project managers in the execution of a diverse range of projects, from initial schematics to final construction documentation.
  • Utilize independent judgment to evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Seek technical guidance on complex issues and obtain supervisory approval for proposed project plans.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices across various assignments and related fields.
  • Employ advanced techniques and modify or extend established theories and practices within the field.
  • Mentor and guide junior architectural staff throughout project development.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in a collaborative professional environment.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Exceptional graphic and presentation abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly motivated with effective communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate should possess common sense, a good sense of humor, and be a personable individual who enjoys working with others.
  • This is a full-time, in-office role.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on skill level and experience.
